About your tour
We aim to connect you once again with nature. We begin with a tour of the 7-hectare reserve, taking in stunning canyon views and exclusive waterfalls. Next, a session of ‘Eco-Therapy’ by the river, with reflection exercises and a short meditation.
Properly relaxed, you will now enter our circular sauna, constructed by hand using ‘super-adobe’ earth bag building techniques. After a short session of Tibetan bowl therapy inside, you are welcome to jump back into the river for a natural massage in the mini-waterfalls, or sunbathe on the sauna’s grass-covered roof.
You are welcome to use the sauna all afternoon, and the experience includes refreshments!
